Little was known about natural health care for dogs when Azmira was founded back in the early 1980’s. Dr. Lisa Newman, founder of this Holistic Animal Care company, was concerned about her own pets health and found few answers that addressed her concerns. Drawing for her own personal experience and education with holistic care and nutrition, Dr. Newman moved forward in developing new, safe and effective health maintenance programs for all pets.
