Medium/Large Breed Puppies are defined as puppies that weigh 50 pounds or more at maturity. Feeding medium/large breed puppies too much protein during the early stages of growth will have adverse affect on their development and overall health. Artemis™ Fresh Mix™ Medium/Large Breed Puppy diet is a specially formulated dog food that provides the proper balance of nutrients for a controlled growth rate and a health transition to adulthood.

Feeding amounts may vary by breed, activity level, environment, temperament and cspanmate. Pregnant Female Dogs: maintain same feeding for first 6 weeks. Weeks 7, 8 & 9 increase up 25% Puppies: double the feeding of adult level, spread over 2 to 3 equal feedings per day. Lactating Female Dogs: immediately after whelping, the nutritional demand increases by 50% compared to maintenance levels. Feed in 3 equal meals per day.
